Our story
Next Gen Knows began from a series of questions: What global problem is yet to be resolved? What would a knowledge platform look like if it were designed from the start to be credible, accessible, and genuinely useful? The idea grew from a belief that the global education system is due for significant advancement — that the combination of the internet and human knowledge deserves a home optimized for understanding, not just engagement.
Pittsburgh is a city with a long history of building things — steel, technology, medicine, education, and culture. NGK is being developed here, in that tradition of practical ambition. We are a small team at an early stage, working carefully and intentionally, guided by our values to serve the greater good.
NGK is currently a public prototype under active development. Features, content, and design will change as we learn from early participants. We are inviting people to join early — not because the platform is finished, but because the people who join at the beginning should help shape what it becomes.
